At Euforja.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused and in the same condition as received
✔ In original packaging with tags and security ribbon
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Bespoke personalized or customized items
  • Product without tags and/or security ribbon

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@euforja.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item and send it back using the provided instructions.
  4. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

Note: If the tag and/or security ribbon is cut or tampered no returns or refunds will be allowed. 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, check with your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@euforja.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@euforja.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. Please email info@euforja.com 
  • If your order has already been shipped, you must follow our return process.
