5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier or email us at info@euforja.com for assistance.

6. Address Errors & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
